$BOOST tokenomics

Draft tokenomics summary — distribution rounds, pricing logic, causes, and rollout timeline for $BOOST. Details will be finalized before the token generation event (TGE), and qualified legal counsel will advise before final publication. This is not a legal offering document or investment advice.

Blockchain network: Public alpha runs on Arc testnet (chain ID 5042002). Production mainnet is not final — the team will prioritize networks that support the project (e.g. funding, marketing, and ecosystem partnerships). Network choice will be confirmed before the TGE along with other details in this draft.

What $BOOST is

$BOOST (token name: ASCENSION BOOST) is the first flagship token launched on HeroBoost through a conditional boost — community backers fund USDC on Arc; tokens mint only if the round succeeds. Holders vote on later rounds. Smart contracts enforce No Down Baseline: after each round, a recorded floor price must not fall when the next round runs, so liquidity cannot price backers below prior rounds.

  • Network: Current alpha: Arc testnet (chain ID 5042002); production network TBD per above
  • Escrow: USDC
  • Max supply: 21,000,000,000 (21 billion) tokens · 18 decimals
  • Funding: Crowd join — backers share the round mint pro-rata by USDC contributed

Round schedule (canonical): Genesis mints 5% of max supply; Round 2 mints +5%; Round 3 mints +20% (cumulative 30% through Round 3). Each round uses a 90% backer / 10% liquidity (LP) split within the round mint. The LP slice is the HeroBoost team's reward — 10% of each round mint, 2-year lock, then the team will withdraw LP tokens and paired USDC (same pattern in Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3). Across all three rounds, LP allocations total 3% of max supply (10% of the 30% cumulative mint).

Genesis — Round 1

ItemValue
Round mint5% of max supply (1,050,000,000 $BOOST)
Backer pool90% of round mint → 945,000,000 $BOOST (pro-rata to joiners)
Liquidity (LP)10% of round mint → 105,000,000 $BOOST paired with USDC in a thin pool
Fundraise target$50,000 USDC
USDC to recipient on successRaised USDC to recipient (founder / hero wallet) — not the LP pool
LP management (after lock)LP tokens + paired USDC liquidity for this round are team-managed after the 2-year lock (same as Rounds 2 and 3)
Next-round proposerRecipient (founder) may propose Round 2
Recipient (public)@bezu0012 (X) — HeroBoost founder

Pricing at target (backer pool only):

  • Implied backer price at $50,000 target ≈ $0.0000529 per $BOOST (50,000 ÷ 945,000,000).
  • LP USDC (minimum thin pool) ≈ $5,556 — not 10% of $50k. The pool must pair enough USDC with LP tokens so the pool price is not below the backer price (thin-pool rule).
  • Baseline Round 1 at minimum LP ≈ $0.0000529 per $BOOST; higher if more USDC is added to the pool at launch.

Vesting (crowd joiners): 12-month linear vesting for tokens allocated to round joiners.

LP lock (team reward): 2-year lock on Round 1 LP, then the HeroBoost team will withdraw LP tokens and paired USDC from this pool.

Round 2

Holder voteRequired before mint (Round 2+)

Pricing at target:

  • Backer price at $5M target ≈ $0.00529 per $BOOST (5,000,000 ÷ 945,000,000).
  • LP USDC (minimum thin pool) ≈ $555,556 — not 10% of $5M.
  • Baseline Round 2 at minimum LP ≈ $0.00529 per $BOOST; higher if more USDC is in the pool.
  • Baseline step-up vs Round 1: ~100× higher backer price at target (~9,900% increase vs Round 1 baseline).

Vesting (crowd joiners): 12-month linear vesting for tokens allocated to round joiners.

LP lock (team reward): 2-year lock on Round 2 LP, then the HeroBoost team will withdraw LP tokens and paired USDC from this pool.

Round 3

ItemValue
Round mint+20% of max supply (4,200,000,000 $BOOST) · cumulative 30%
Backer pool90% of round mint → 3,780,000,000 $BOOST
Liquidity (LP)10% of round mint → 420,000,000 $BOOST
Fundraise target$1,000,000,000 USDC
Next-round proposerSwitches to community governance for Round 4+
Holder voteRequired

Pricing at target:

  • Backer price at $1B target ≈ $0.265 per $BOOST (1,000,000,000 ÷ 3,780,000,000).
  • LP USDC (minimum thin pool) ≈ $111,111,111 — not 10% of $1B.
  • Baseline Round 3 at minimum LP ≈ $0.265 per $BOOST; higher if more USDC is in the pool.
  • Baseline step-up vs Round 2: ~50× higher backer price at target (~4,900% increase vs Round 2 baseline).
  • In-round USDC routing follows the same thin-pool and No Down Baseline rules as earlier rounds unless a governance package specifies otherwise.

Vesting (crowd joiners): 12-month linear vesting for tokens allocated to round joiners.

LP lock (team reward): 2-year lock on Round 3 LP, then the HeroBoost team will withdraw LP tokens and paired USDC from this pool.

Causes (why these rounds exist)

Overall: $BOOST supports conditional boosts — lawful, expandable tipping tied to real outcomes. Governance blends company execution with $BOOST holder consensus so the ecosystem can grow in quality through No Down Baseline economics and transparent on-chain rounds.

RoundCause (public summary)
Round 1Launch HeroBoost publicly: stand up a U.S. LLC, complete $BOOST smart contract audit, prove the conditional-boost model at modest scale.
Round 2Founder executes the product roadmap; community sets revenue expectations. Priority: ecosystem quality over short-term hype — community-managed tokens, AI tooling, and skilled operators (projects steered by community + AI + strong builders).
Round 3Path toward a U.S. public listing (IPO-oriented planning) — scale governance, compliance, and operating infrastructure for a potential IPO track.
Round 4+Holder governance decides extensions (facets, treasury, listings, ecosystem grants).

Roadmap

High-level rollout timing. Dates depend on round success, audits, and regulatory readiness — not fixed calendar promises.

Round 1

  • Work is roughly 50% complete; core flows are deployed to production; alpha testing is in progress.
  • Official public launch awaits smart contract audit completion.

Round 2

  • Planned approximately 6 months after Round 1 token generation event (TGE).
  • Phased rollout similar to Round 1; by then the ecosystem is expected to be more stable.

Round 3

  • Planned approximately 6 months after Round 2 TGE.
  • Requires a stable U.S. physical office presence.
  • Oriented toward IPO; U.S. company-age rules mean the main Round 3 deployment phase spans roughly 3 years to reach IPO eligibility.
  • On a successful IPO, the founder steps down and transitions leadership to the next generation.

Why this structure

Across roughly three years and three funding rounds, incentives are split between builders and backers.

Team alignment: The 10% LP slice in each round is the HeroBoost team's reward — separate from the 90% backer pool and separate from raised USDC (which routes to the recipient wallet on a successful round, not into LP). Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3 each mint 10% of that round to LP; added together that is 3% of max supply (round mints 5% + 5% + 20% = 30% cumulative through Round 3; 10% × 30% = 3% of max supply in LP). After the 2-year lock on each round's LP, the team is rewarded with access to LP tokens and the paired USDC in those pools — aligning the team with long-term execution across all three rounds, not an immediate liquidity pull at launch.

Community alignment: Backers receive 90% of every round mint, pro-rata by USDC contributed. After a successful Round 3, the path to Round 4+ opens under holder governance — not founder-led proposals.

Governance transition: To raise follow-on rounds or operate at IPO scale, leadership is designed to step back: the founder transitions out, and community-selected operators take the helm — matching the Round 3 IPO-oriented roadmap and demonstrating democratic governance rather than permanent founder control.

In short: Backers receive 90% of each round mint. The LP slice is the HeroBoost team's reward: 10% of each round mint, locked 2 years, then LP tokens + paired USDC; across Round 1–Round 3 that totals 3% of max supply in team LP allocations.

Rules every backer should know

  1. Thin pool: LP USDC at launch is a minimum pairing so DEX liquidity is not cheaper than the backer price — not a simple “10% of the fundraise target.”
  2. Baseline: After each round, the protocol records a floor price; later rounds must respect No Down Baseline.
  3. Follow-on rounds: Same $BOOST contract; holder vote gates every mint after genesis.
  4. Alpha / testnet: HeroBoost and $BOOST are in early testnet phase — monitor official channels for production network updates. Availability may be limited in certain jurisdictions or markets where law or policy requires; final geographic scope will be decided before TGE with legal counsel (see HeroBoost Terms for availability).
